The Fighter Panel is specifically designed for those involved in MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing and other Combative Sports.

Some competitive fighting sports require lab tests for the safety of the competitors.  Fighters need to be in top notch shape and need these tests to be eligible to compete.  Diseases that compromise your immune system can derail the best training program and knock you out of competition.

TEST DETAILS

It consists of the following tests:

  1. HIV Test
  2. Hepatitis B Surface Antigen
  3. Hepatitis C (HCV) Antibody

AM I REQUIRED TO FAST?
No
IS A DOCTOR’S ORDER REQUIRED?
No. You do not need to provide a doctor’s order to get lab testing done at Advanced Practice Clinic.
WHEN WILL I GET MY TEST RESULTS?
Test results are generally available within 24 to 72 business hours after specimen collection. However, note that if the HIV screen is presumptive positive, a Western Blot for confirmation purposes will be performed. This can add an additional 3 to 7 business days to the test results.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
No. You can walk in for same day testing. We make it easy for you by offering work-friendly hours.
IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY TESTS RESULTS WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
We recommend you share your results with your healthcare provider.
