Membership FAQ
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Glow Club is a month-to-month membership.
Can I change my included service each month?
Yes. You choose your included service and upgrade monthly.
Do unused services roll over?
No. Services must be used within the month.
Can I combine multiple upgrade discounts in one month?
No. Members may select one upgrade per month.
Does Glow Club apply to all spa services?
Glow Club includes specific benefits and upgrades. Full service offerings are available separately.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Membership Term: This agreement begins on the date of signing and continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated per the cancellation policy.
- Billing Cycle: Your credit card will be automatically billed on the same day each month as your initial signup date.
- Service Selection: Members must select their monthly services by contacting the front desk at the beginning of each month. Monthly services do not roll over to the following month if unused.
- Discounted Packages: When a discount is selected as one of your monthly options, you may purchase a package or service at the discounted rate. You must complete the current package before purchasing another discounted package of the same type.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice to [email protected]. Membership benefits will continue through the end of the paid billing period.
- Changes to Membership: Advanced Practice Clinic reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with 30 days’ written notice to members.
- Credit Card Authorization: By signing this agreement, you authorize Advanced Practice Clinic to charge the credit card provided for your monthly membership fee and any additional services purchased and agree to keep card on file current.
